The same thing happens to me whenever I have a major adjustment in my life. After a certain amount of time has passed, you've gotten into the groove, established a comfortable routine, the itch to write will come back. You'll be as productive as before. In the mean time, I'd definitely thin about sending out queries. That doesn't take too much time. Start at the bottom of your agent list instead of the top.
